One of the best hospital in town, with a wide array of speciality doctors and well equipped ICU. Rooms are clean n hygienic, nursing staff and security personnel are very courteous and helpful. Although its lacking few things in hospitality and facilities to attendants n visitors. Such as - 1. More sitting space in waiting/reception area is required. 2. Central AC or proper ventilation in lobby areas of all floors 3. ICU waiting area or lounge has just 12 beds for attendants of 40+ ICU patients, which is not at all sufficient. 4. Attendants have no place to sleep except floor area 5. 2 ACs and no ventilation in Super high ceiling of ICU lounge makes it suffocating with so many people. 6. House-keeping staff is not upto the mark. Rest all is fine. Ignoring these things, it's one of the top medical facility provider of the town. N highly recommended.

This process also includes a BP checkup to ensure that the patient is in good health. Our consultation with Dr. Tanmay Bharani was exceptional. He was attentive, listened to our concerns carefully, and provided us with comprehensive medical advice. His friendly nature and attention to detail made us feel comfortable and confident in his expertise. Dr. Bharani took the time to explain our medical condition in detail and helped us understand the treatment options available to us. The hospital's atmosphere was calm and welcoming, providing a comfortable and conducive environment for healing. The hospital is located in a convenient location and is easy to reach using public transport. Additionally, the hospital has a medical store where patients can purchase medication at normal market rates. Overall, our experience with Medanta Hospital was positive. I were impressed with the quality of care and the friendly attitude of the staff. We hope that our loved ones stay healthy and that we do not need to visit the hospital again anytime soon. i would recommend Medanta Hospital to anyone seeking quality healthcare services at an affordable cost.

One of the best hospitals in Indore. It is a super speciality Hospital in Indore .It provides the highest quality of medical services in central india.. It provides advanced Emergency and Trauma care services to the patients. It is 175 bedded fully NABH accredited hospital . 50 experienced and skillful doctors examine , treat and operate with latest treatment technique and procedures. Cardiac surgery, oncology and Bariatric surgery, kidney , Orthopaedic, anesthesiology, Endocrinology and other Departments are providing medical services to all .The Hospital is clean and hygiene is mandatory.

Staff is good, but very expensive medicine prescribed by the doctor and medicine are unique and available only shop exist in hospital only & on print rate without any discount, after discharge every visit is chargable basis, they have looted. Mediclaim staff is worst and non supportable, they charged hudge amount if you have any mediclaim plan, rest all ok.

This one is hospital where you can see combinations of unprofessional and rude employees and specialists doctors. Once you visit the hospital even at the time of emergency security guard force you to park the car in parking which is half kilometers away from the hospital (other hospitals appointed drivers to assist you), receptionists will suggest you unnecessary things and don't want to inform the doctors regarding their own patience even after 1.5 hrs. My overall experience is not enough good even after my several visits to Medanta hospital in last three years. May be this hospital don't have the people's to educate their own employees basics of the service industry.

Worst hospital ever. They do not know the the value of money & time. Staff is to much arrogant. Dr. ABHISHEK SHUKLA do know how to treat patients. Don't go there, they just looted your money and take 2-3 days just for minor checkup and 4-5 just for small surgery

One of the Worst Hospitals of Indore. Firstly, they have a very Unqualified Team of doctors, who cannot diagnose anything what is happening to a patient. Secondly, Their ICU Does not have a Well behaved, managed staff. Its not an intensive care at all and just a ward where no staff is looking after your patient. I was scared that something might happen to the patient inside and you may not even know!! Thirdly, they don't provide you any information of your patient correctly. Forth, their nursing staff can only degrade your condition. You cannot trust this hospital for the recovery. Highly Dissatisfied and disappointed that its still treating patients this way. They have very general doctors who think they are qualified enough to do any tests they want. I don't know why should they earn like this. Patient walks in Unwell and comes out in a worst condition.

The hospital has almost all facilities required for treatment both at OPD and IPD basis. The medical facilities, doctors, other services etc. are very good. I got my mother treated for Brain Heamorage and father operated for Hernia with in last 8 months. My experience during both the emergency situations was satisfactory and I find the hospital reliable. I, therefore, strongly recommend Medanta Indore for future health care services. Best Wishes.
