Worst experience ever. Even if you have to show only report to the junior doctor then also it takes 5 hours for 5 minute job. They never let you do any test from outside, and in medanta test fee is very high. Doctor call you for consultation every 1 week gap and charge you consultation fee every time you visit. They are only making money from there patients.
Never go to medanta and especially under medicines dr ruchika and gandhi are worst doctors, My beloved father was recovering and he could have been with us but they mastered in playing games with us, Since he was already a heart patient with packemaker and sugar he was admitted on 26th June and then declared dead on 19th of July, Their icu 3 and 4 have more murders then even in the city. Such are the staff they looted us did not even gave my father on the same night asked for each and every penny then released next day. Shame on our medical science shame on our political system shame on the entire doctors fraternity. Losing him was like losing our everything. On the next day that doctor did not even had courage to face me and lied too. Very disgusting humans in the name of doctors are their. They all are criminals and they all are part of an organized crime which they commit every other day.
I visited 3 times, twice for myself and once for wife's treatment and found it worst than any Government hospital. Surely will not visit again and will not recommend any one. Key things: Bad staff behavior Worst than gov hospital queue Management Every staff thinks that they are doctor and with their blessings only you can meet doctor Seems like no good floor management Also not properly maintained OPD area You pay like 7 star facilities and get lowest grade services Deeply sad about the Management for such huge name
