Medanta Mediclinic - Private hospital in New Delhi - South, India

Micro establishments of Medenta group , visited for pathological test ! A bit pricy compare to other labs but they use very Morden test equipment's as seen in main hospital, valet parking is a big relief and for delhi residents always can't visit to main hospital to its a support unit

Visited Medanta for a scheduled appointment with Dr. Ankur Rastogi, only to find the doctor absent and the staff clueless. They first denied my appointment, then concocted a story about an "emergency." No prior notification, no professionalism, just a suggestion to travel 25 km more. Extremely disappointed with the misleading and unprofessional behavior at Medanta.

Today 22nd July 23 I was given appointment for 4 p. m to visit Dr Rajiv Parikh . I reached before time but the staff told me to wait for 3 t o 4 hrs more for my turn to come. What was that stupidity to come early and wait for another. 4 to 5 hrs more. This Dr think himself beyond mata vaishno devi where your turn come within 1hr in que. So I came back to home as I couldn't wait to visit Dr for so long it's ridiculous so please avoid visiting this worst place instead find other options like MAX saket which is really NO. 1. In all respects.

Very poor hospitality, we were billed twice as they were pestering while discharge, and it has been so many days they have not returned the amount and response is same , it's under process .. Unsatisfactory tackling of simple situation that could have been dealt with patient. As well there is no accountability even after we emailed to the said feedback id , and shared all details, so kindly do t request me to share grievance at feedback id

Terrible administration and patient management. I would've given 0 stars if I could. We had taken an appointment 3 days in advance. We reached well before time on our appointment date. When the doctor arrived, Ms. Archana at the first floor OPD behaved very rudely with us. She started sending patients ahead of us who arrived much after us and had appointment times of much later. Even after we pointed this out to her, she answered back extremely rudely. We spoke to the manager, Mr. Diwakar and on understanding the situation, he was apologetic and polite, but Ms. Archana continued to be rude and didn't even apologize once. She was behaving as if she's doing a favor to us. I am attaching the photo of Ms. Archana so that anybody who is visiting this establishment knows that they should not trust her with medical care of their loved ones. This kind of treatment and attitude is not expected from a brand like Medanta. As long as Archana is incharge of the OPD, I will not recommend this place to anyone.

A very bad experience. Me and my mother went to meet a doctor but he wasn't there but we were recommended of another doctor named Sanjay Goyal. He is a very bad doctor. He doesn't speak at all. He saw the reports and my mother's cholesterol was very high he completely ignored it and said just eat less sweet. We went to other doctor and he said it can not be ignored it's dangerously high and gave us medicine accordingly. Never go to SANJAY GOYAL. Neurologist.

Worst place to be there for the patient they are only making money. Staff behaviour is not good. The whole management are only looting money. All they are good at is to scam money. If u go in for fever you will come out of hospital having Cancer. Please do not visit this hospital
