Good maintained hospital. But can tell about doctor's because every doctor's has his own capabilities. I visited this hospital for treatment for a near relative so I am not aware about costing. Overall this is good hospital in Bihar.

Very big hospital for Bihar. Systematic and well organised. It is like a big mall with cafeteria on the ground floor. Security system is unnecessarily very tight. Only one attendant is allowed at a time.

I am writing this review after 40 days of my mother's MVR surgery who is 66 years old. Thanks to Dr Pravir Sinha, he is one of the brilliant and soft spoken doctor. Even though there were a lot of complications, Valve replacement itself a difficult task but Dr Pravir Sinha made it easy. In case of any exigency or any suggestions whenever I call or MSG him he always responds to every query, which is the best part of treatment, wishing him good luck for future, I wish he touches new heights in his career. Needless to say about Medanta Hospital itself a brand, all staff are well trained, 50% of the patients just feels better by the environment and cleanliness inside the hospital.

More of the show but less in quality Visited for CT Angio and had worst experience. I was told that will be done within an hour. However after three long hours the test is delayed. The staff members are careless and can't project the estimation time. on asking/followed up i was being told that you can drop a note at suggestion counter. Fed up of hearing the generalised excuses. We were scheduled for my mother's cataract operation, an appointment that was met with significant challenges and inefficiencies within your establishment. On the scheduled day, despite the hospital having two doctors in shift and one operating theater (OT), the proceedings were marred by mismanagement and a lack of prioritization. The doctor responsible for my mother's operation had been absent the previous week and upon returning, he committed to finishing all his backlog of patients before accommodating others. Consequently, this led to an extensive delay, leaving us waiting until the very last patient for our turn, despite our doctor having only two patients and displaying leniency in his approach. Moreover, it was disheartening to observe the evident favoritism shown towards known individuals, who were given precedence over scheduled appointments like ours. This was exacerbated by the hospital's decision to admit a patient without the necessary medical tests and evaluations, raising concerns about the overall protocol and standards of care provided. This experience has not only been distressing but has also raised serious doubts about the effectiveness and fairness of the hospital's management and patient prioritization policies. As someone relying on the expertise and professionalism of Medanta Eye Hospital, these occurrences have significantly shaken our confidence in the establishment. I hope that my feedback will be taken seriously and prompt necessary actions to address these issues. Because the fact that besides God if somebody can save the mankind from suffering and sickness and can give life, it is the DOCTORS This is a high-end luxurious hospital one of a kind in this part of the city. Its a huge establishment that has required a lot of investment. The hospital is easily identifiable from the main road .h Theya hve under ground parking space both for cars n bikes. Imaging services are available here (X-ray, sonography, CT n MRI). The ambience reminds us of a resort than a hospital. Glass doors, spacious stairs, large windows all give an aesthetic look. They have a floor dedicated to OPD patients. 1st floor. The ground floor has reception, pharmacy n accounts section. The staff at the reception counter is well trained n courteous. There is also an ICU on 2nd floor n r.hey have atrained doctor round the clock and a good nurse to bed ratio to take care of all the critically ill patients.
