Poor service. Inspite of booking appointment prior for health check and reaching the spot on time at 9 AM on a weekday, the attender casually informs that no technician is available. He then asks me to visit a different location with is 30 mins away in peak traffic.. absolutely pathetic service and doesn't honor any commitments..Medall Adayar was better..

Worst service to customers 1. Doctor won't answer properly 2. Just running for money 3. Not properly follow appointment schedule I got appointment for 11:20 but there are patients waiting form 7 4. No proper communication 5. No response

Very very poor service. They are not picking up the call. Don't go for rt pcr test to this lab . I didn't get my report after 40 hours also. For my mom I did in some other lab they gave within 12 hours. Still I am waiting for my report. As I am a doctor I never recommend this lab in my life to anyone.The administrative officer has to look after this and help the patients during this pandemic time.

Very clean and well organized. It was not crowded when I went. They made sure to enter all the correct details into the final report (eg passport number) which is currently required for the negative Covid test for international travel. Turn around time for Covid test was less than 24 hours.

Only reputed center in Perungudi where USG scan is available @ Rs. 1100 & timing is 9 AM to 11 AM - Please come in 2-3 hrs fasting ( Water is allowed during fasting time)

Pathetic place to go for a scan. We ended up 3 hours waiting for a scan due to the incompetency of the staff. We waited for half an hour after paying for a TSG scan but were shocked to be informed at that point that the bladder had to be full. None of the staff had bothered to inform us earlier. Following that we got the bladder full and only when we informed that the scan was for a TSG did the personnel realize that a full bladder was not required and that it had to be emptied. We had already wasted a good 2 hours in this process.So much for their customer care and professionalism. In the meanwhile they went for lunch with no care of our time being wasted and in the end they were not even able to give a confirmed diagnosis based on the scan result. I am never ever going back there.

The Perungudi lab s quite poorly run- the executives are quite laid back. No professional air. At one point, it looked like they did not have any alternative mode of payment other than cash. Then the card machine thankfully worked. The COVID test was done outside under a shamiana- not sure how safe that is. Anyway, the procedure was safely carried out with proper precautions, so I feel fine about it.
