The place was not clean enough and also not well maintained, there was dirt everywhere in the room, mosquitos and other insects were also there to add fuel to the fire. All the staffs were very dull, no sign of activenenss.
The resort is somehow getting managed, only God and owner knows how.
But the food was good.
When guests arrive and check in into the room, the rooms are expected to be clean with basic levels of hygiene. But this was an utter disaster.
Cons: We found the A/C vents so dirty that it was evident that it was not cleaned in over a year. The response we got was the unit was installed too high in the room to be cleaned regularly. We asked for a ladder and cleaned it ourselves. The wash basin tap was loose and was not fixed. The door key was a tough deal but we figured it out. The pool loungers were dirty and cudnt be used at all. The amount of dust and cobwebs all around the room especially on the top of the cupboard had a thick layer of dust, the head of the bed and the curtains were filthy and had to be changed. There were 2 big cockroaches and small ones around the place that we had to keep on killing all thru our stay. The towels and the bathroom curtain was dirty, but the towels were replaced. Turns out the cleaning staff were limited and had no idea of their roles and responsibilities. Breakfast is only available when the chef is available so that's a bad sign. The staff also fixed the broken bathroom latch, but it was surprising that they were not aware of it. The toilet seat was loose and had black marks of dirt which seems to be permanent in nature. No provision to store toiletries in the bathroom. The refrigerator was dirty with yellow stains and the drawers were dusty and had old rubbish lying there.
Pros: The quality of the food was good, no complaints there. The pool isn't covered so it would be dirty, but was cleaned upon request. In terms of price, it was well within our budget. The view and location are excellent and parking facilities available. Staff were courteous and kind.
Beautiful Resort... service is superb.. Rooms are clean. spacious swimming pool.. people working here are very polite and very helpful. the chef also makes tasty foods. Environment is very peaceful.

The sheets given to us were stained. I had to personally clean the AC vents/mesh coz there wasn't anyone to help. The chefs wake up at 9.30am....so no tea before that. They have a great location overlooking the fields but they don't do enough with regards to hygiene. Can't/won't recommend this place to anyone.
Its really nice place to spend time with your loved one's. If you're planning to spend your weekend away from city chaos with your special one then i would say this is the best place to visit. The pool is built on perfect area to witness sunrise. The hotel staffs are also helpful. Both the receptionist persons were sweet i would specifically like to say that the female receptionist was always ready to help. Thank you would definitely visit again with family.
