1. The rooms are specious but they do not provide fresh pillow cover and bedsheet. 2. Lack of toiletries. 3. Breakfast was just okay. 4. Leakage of AC water on beds.

Stayed for 2 years out here, amazing and comfy rooms, the staff and owner are very much caring and friendly. I could concentrate and prepare very well for my post graduation exams out here. Would highly recommend this place for stay if yiu you are travelling to Pravara Institute of Medical sciences, loni.
