* Directions : For Vaccination, One can enter the hospital from Gate 2 where you'll also find parking facility. It's at walking distance from parking. * My Experience : So I went for my vaccination here at Mathura Das Mathur (MDM) Government Hospital on September 15, 2021. My slot was pre-booked on Cowin portal. It was a Mega Vaccination Drive going on 15th September in Jodhpur & I was expecting the crowd I saw outside the Vaccination Camp Area but it definitely could be managed in a better & a safer way I believe. I observed No Social Distancing & long queues for both men & women which was scary to be honest. The process although was not very tiring & it took me around 35-40 minutes for my vaccine here because there were less candidates for COVAXIN as compared to COVISHIELD. The management & hygienic factors should be improved & proper COVID guidelines & protocols must be followed when expecting major footfall. I would suggest to carry proper Mask, Sanitizer & maintain Social distancing to everyone visiting here.

The whole medical department OPD has only one cash counter normally 70 minutes waiting time is that sufficient for sick person?

Biggest hospital in the western Rajasthan. Best doctors best infrastructure but tha mian problem is management. OPD building aur other departments k lia logon ko kam se kam 1km chalana padta h.

The hospital is good. But there is no cleanliness in the toilet at all. There is a lot of dirt in the mother and child department also.

Untidy and poor management. Ill behaviour with patients and they don't even spare the stray dogs who were just trying to sleep around the gate, guard literally beat them with the stick. Bad bad bad! Worst experience.

My mother has served as a nursing superintendent here. The hospital is nice and well kept. This is one of the largest hospital in the region. It offers a wide range of medical services and facilities, including emergency care, general medicine, surgery, pediatrics, nephrology, xray, cr scan, mri, trauma etc. There are many Medical shops outside. The hospital caters to a significant number of patients from jodhpur and neighbouring areas. It also serves as a teaching hospital for medical students and offers training programs for various healthcare professionals.

The psychiatry ward is a complete mess. My dad was advised for an ECT therapy for which he was sent to the psychiatry ward. There is legit no cleanliness, minus hygiene, basins and toilets overloading. The dustbin is a mess. There is 0 staff during the afternoon and mid night. Just imagine being 0 doctors and 0 nurses in a medical ward ! A very pathetic experience and I cannot even express what is the problem here. The neurology ward is completely opposite of this. There are hardly 1 or 2 doctors and a male nurse when they are present.
