It has 3 parking levels for Paltan bazar n adjoining areas. The famous Kumar Sweet Shop is also located here along with Kalsang & and a few other eateries. It also has few mobile shops & other utility shops! However, the maintenance can be better, especially the convenience! A saving grace for parking problems during maddening traffic situations !

The parking is paid even for complex visitors. That's where it lost 2 stars, else everything is good here.
Not good at all I don't know why the MDDA complex is changing their schemes for parking of the vehicles. If i have to go there to buy sweets then we have to park our vehicle at distant place.
We went there in boat service center. There elevator is not working properly we were continuesly pressing for 1st floor & the elevator is stuck only on ground floor
You can find paid parking here incase you have some work clock tower or paltan market.
Park ur vehicles here safely and go stroll the paltan market and indira market....Bonus is the kumar sweet shop...Nikon service centre is also in the building
