Had a great experience from the last 6 months. Machines are really good as compared to other gym's. Trainer puts a lot of efforts in each and every individuals. All the trainers are highly certified. Worth coming over here.

Some equipments are old and need to be changed, Trainer doesn't guide you much still overall experience is good.
Best gym in Nallasopara . Coperative staff n intellectual trainers . Extra attention for Newbies recommended for all age group.

I joined in 90 feet branch, They don't keeps lights on during workout, not even fan and AC. When i asked gym trainer to switch it on, she told my owner told me not to switch it on 'kyuki light bill Jada aayega' even i complaint to owner, but no actions has been taken
