The service was great until Ford stopped their sales in India. Most of the experienced technicians left after that and now I think they are understaffed. Service is not as good as it used to be.

Worst experience ever. I took in the car after a small accident. Only minor works, some replacements and a small body work. It has been 40+ days since. No follow up calls. Not even answering my calls. In these many day not even once have they called me.. Every time I have to call them. Even then too they are avoiding their calls. No update about the condition of my car.. They have sent an estimate of 72k. I have serious doubts about this bill. What ever may happen never give you car here.

My fiesta car was there in the Marthakara work shop since 2/5/23 for repairs. Nobody attended it till 5/5//23 afternoon. No technician is available. Nobody will attend your phone call either . Pathetic condition.

Very disappointing service and poor customer relationship. I would not recommend anyone to go for service. First of all there were no clear communication to customer about the time delays, they keep on saying will call back in 15 min but it never happened. Secondly diagonisis and related problems were not able identify by their so called experts. I am writing this from my personnel experience as i went for checking of my ford ecosport 2015 model as it shows engine light and spanner light appears in the dashboard. I given my car on dec 13th @ 9:30 am and they asked to wait as there was less vehicle and repersentative told it would take few miniutes to check through system. Even after 11:30am my father and i waited to get response, then we asked them to call us once checking is finished. Already we started regreting on giving our vehicle to them. On that day we havent got any responce from MCP ford, on the second day we call them and they said started to work on electrical wiring (without even consulting us). I got the vechicle without issue resolved on friday 16th dec at 6:00pm. Overall i feel a management commitment issue cause ford stopped sales and they are not intrested in service. Again as a disappointed customer i advise nobody to go to MCP ford for service

This was the first time after I went yearly service after first decided to move out. There was a small dilemma in mind how it would be but the service was same as before. The service representative was very helpful and explained in detail all the aspects. This was the 2nd time was going to MCP Ford and am happy with the service.

Good staff behaviour and care. Suggestible for all those who are going to purchase ford vehicle.. thanks to Mr Rahul who was there from first call to delivery, the quality and promptness of Staff is appreciated. The responsibility they are taking is really great work .
