McDonald's - Fast food restaurant in Doraha - Ludhiana, India

Ordering system change has increased the hassle. I wanted to pay cash but was directed to their online ordering counter. After I completed my order it gave out a slip and asked to next available counter. There already was a long line. Time waste. Later while delivering they gave partial order and said rest of the items will be sent to your table. Waited for more than 15 minutes but no one came. On enquiry was informed the items have been given to me. When I protested they kept looking for the person who delivered the items. When he saw me he said he had given the remaining items to someone else. Sheer harassment. Then they again made the remaining items and gave me. I had to keep standing near the counter for 20 min to get my complete order. Very sloppy service.

Good food, fast service and really cool atmosphere. The recent updates have brought a lot of vibrance and youth fullness to the place. It has become a must stop for anyone travelling on this route towards ludhiana. It also has a great outdoor seating when the inside gets crowded.

A neat, clean and peaceful place to have a quick bite if you are on your way to or from Ludhiana. Service is quick and McDonald's tastes the same across the country. Hygiene is nice and the compound has some other options like a pizza outlet and Subway and baskin robins ice cream. 100 meter away there's KFC and Sagar Ratna too

This place is well organised and well maintained. Offers variety of good taste food in less than 5 mins waiting time. Nice place to halt on the way to Amritsar near Ludhiana. Visited their many times. Staff is well trained and helpful Filled up with amenities like washrooms etc. Nice and decent green place for kids to play outside and safe car parking on the highway near ludhiana.
