McDonald's - Fast food restaurant in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

Had 2 meals here. The quality levels of the food are nowhere near the global standard of McDonald's. Sorry-looking fries that tasted like they'd been sitting for a while, quite chewey. The chicken was also chewey, not like you'd find in a good McDonald's. The drinks both times came in tiny containers. On the plus side the staff was helpful. But that's about it... For the price, compared to many other options, it should really be better. If this is the McDonald's standard more widely in Bangalore (or India), I feel sorry for consumers here because they don't get to try what it should taste like.

Visited Mcdonalds with kids after a long time. To my surprise the service standards have improved. The team was very agile, cordial and helpful. The team members were ready to help you with a smile. Food as usual was no complaint. Coffee was great. If you are around MG road bangalore and feeling like having a bit and a coffee - please visit to see the difference a good service can make to a brand.

Situated at the lido mall it is centrally located. Hyatt, Park and Taj hotels are walking distance. It's a bit McD with a lot of seating capacity. The staff is good and courteous. There is a culture of self order but on request they take orders also. Nearby there are many restaurants and hang out places. If you are in a hurry it's a good option to pick a quick lunch

McDonald's outlet is in the Lido Mall, therefore one can park their cars in the mall parking. The outlet has enough seating, and has two entrances. Service was real quick. Place is clean and well maintained with them mopping the floor every now & then to ensure cleanliness. Food was as usual great. Staff are really friendly as they help in using self-ordering machine, they also visit your table to ask if you need to order anything again. All in all a great experience. Good music and ambiance, this branch is way cooler than many of the McDonald's branches, a quick way to taste multiple junk food on this lane, good service, chill coffee, table service at this outlet is something to count on and new burgers with more cheesy layers and soft burgers are so yummy... Burger, fries, combos, beverages, desserts, all are equally rich and tasty. Have tried American cheese burger, Paneer burger, veggy, supreme etc and all were good. Its a simple rule, taste is proportional to price. ;) Other than burger, fries, softy, soft serve with hot fudge and brownie are some of the favs.

The outlet is clean well maintained, service is one concern where they are forcing you to use a touch screen to order even though the outlet is empty but in their meal combos surprise surprise they allow you to replace a sugary coke with a Coke Zero Food took almost 13 min to get on my table which is very un McDonald's like Food though was brilliant wish they could speed up their service instead of being so tech driven and actually slow up the process

Very bad customer service They don't accept offers from there own Mc donalds Application they have Appointed A store manager who just resists to solve the problem of the customer Kurai is his name. And this problem i face only in this outlet and this problem is everytime.This Mc Donald's outlet should be noticed and the manger Faruq should go through some serious action by the team heading outlets.

Ordering machines which could be used is amazing of an experience but takes time if you are using it for the first time. Seating was really less for a weekend. But the service was quick and employees were very friendly. Food was good as well.

They serve stale and old burger just by heating it. And soggy French fries. Even u May find cockroaches here
