Kids are surely so fond of McD,so are we and hence decided to treat the bunch of kids here on the occasion of our younger son's birthday. We had prebooked the space for the party and the birthday event coordinator Shivani arranged for some cool kid activities which then followed by a magic show. The staff was all so cooperative that they all know us as we revisited them in just 5days !
I am regular customer of this store. All the things are good, but Parul 'crew trainer' she just spoiled my mood over the counter while ordering. She was showing that attitude like I want food for free. No smile scan karo, abhi Beth jao, jldi pay karo, these are the words when I was addressing her as mam.
Service is okay. Although a lot of daily customers they are handling but I felt that if they ate little more prompt on the service they could have better customer smiles.
Order taken via swiggy payment made online but not confirmed by this outlet even after 30mts .. Later swiggy called and sd the outlet was closed... Then y was it taking orders online via swiggy.. Order no ending in 5222977 . Order now cancelled.. This is not the first time with this outlet... One of the worst MCDONALD'S outlet... Even when u go for dine in their CS is pathetic.. AVOID always..

As every another mc Donald's fresh& tastes the same though in this one they have previously prepared burgers and were just delivering because of that the burger was cold but the taste remains the same. Need some improvement.
