McDonald's - Fast food restaurant in Mumbai, Kalyan - Thane, India

I had a really bad experience. First, they told me on the call that they have dine-in space, and after reaching there, I had to wait almost 20 minutes for a seat, despite being promised it would take a maximum of 2 minutes. I specifically ordered a PIRI PIRI MCSPICY BURGER MEAL, as shown in the picture and based on what I know about the product, the buns are supposed to be covered with Piri Piri masala. However, they gave me a regular burger at the same price, which I could have gotten for a cheaper price. When I asked for a reason, they told me the buns have been discontinued for the last two weeks. However, the app still showed a different product and they were airing the same advertisement with Piri Piri masala buns on their TV at the same time. I also customized my order; instead of Coke, I ordered Sprite, but they gave me Coke and used the excuse that the Sprite machine had some quality issues. I was okay with that, but in my second meal, I customized the order with hot chocolate. Hot chocolate should be thick, but they made it so thin that I felt like I was drinking regular coffee or something. Additionally, they gave me a free puff as per the offer, but it was not properly cooked. No doubt the food tasted good. After complaining, they gave me 2 dessert items free of cost. However, I had originally ordered 5 of the same burgers, so I didn't feel completely satisfied even after eating. If I'm not getting what I ordered, then there is no point.

Awesome place. Staff is very kind and courteous. Enough place to seat and can spend quality time with your family and friends. They have also arranged birthday parties. Ambiance is superb and located at very prime location I.e Khadakpada circle which eventually is the most famous place at Kalyan West.

Great outlet and made to modern McDonald's theme. Good for people who look to work here too as they have plug points for plugging in laptops or for charging phones. Good spacious outlet too. Service and prompt staff is a highlights and deserves a mention.

As always McD never disappoints, i am personally a peri peri lover and this was a new launch so i had grab my hands on this burger The bun has the seasoning of peri peri and it tasted great with crispy chicken A must try for peri peri lovers!! Dish: Peri peri McSpicy Chicken Burger

As usual...all is great. Only thing missing is the taste of their burgers, it is too low of a quality as compared to Burger King, rest items are alright.

I must say that french fries of McDonald's are best. No competition. Period. It's crowded every time I visit so some times have to wait for the seat. And yes it is overpriced too.

In spite of specifying a dietary restriction they got my order wrong! Even my replacement meal was wrong! I just gave up and left the food uneaten! Shocking levels of incompetence. McDonald's if you can't maintain your training standards, shut down and go back to the US! Extremely disgusted! If this was the US I'd have sued you as my dietary restriction is very serious.
