McDonald's - Fast food restaurant in Agra, Dhandhupura - Agra, India

This McDonald's has both drive through option and dine in option. Most of us are familiar with taste so I don't want to review it. As far as location is concerned, if you are coming from Gwalior and going to Delhi via expressway, this is convenient place for your to you to grab food from drive through and enjoy on your way. Further there is enough parking space if you are going for dine in. Coming from Gwalior you will have to enter city to reach this place. Do not take bypass road. You will find it on your way to express way if you go from the city itself and you will find it on the way.

A lovely place for kids and family and friends. The ambience inside is relaxed and have high cleanliness inside. This is highly digital store where you can order yourself from the digital desk and get your order served in no time.The food had good taste and loved the place overall.

I don't usually eat fast food, however this place had hot, fresh food. The service was slow, but it was quite busy. The staff were friendly and kind, our table was dirty so I asked the security guard 'Rajh' for spray, we found some alcohol gel which helped pour out onto some napkins. Rajh seemed popular with the locals and a kind and friendly man. Raj asked us where we were from and if we've visited the Taj Mahal yet. We ordered a Paneer Burger & a spicy Paneer burger, a Fanta and a Sprite as a meal. Along with two Chocolate ice cream Sundays. We were hesitant to try dairy in India but I think a McDonald's is okay. These were very tasty! We spent just under 800 RS for two people. We would come back here again.

I usually go there in Mac D. We ordered 1. Veg surprise burger. ( Good in taste ) 2. Veg maharaja burger ( Avg in taste ) 3. Mac puff ( I didn't like this ) I very much like the new order process. We can select whatever we want to eat from machine and we can also do the payment from the same. This self order service is time saving and interesting too. Environment is very good , bright lighting , Perfect for taking pics The washroom was there to clean hands. Well.. pocket friendly . Good and healthy burger at affordable price is here in Mac D. I had an extremely unpleasant experience today at this McDonald's restaurant. Around 12:27 am on November 23, 2023, the drive-thru cashier, Arbaaz (as per the bill), attempted to scam me with change. Initially, he didn't provide a bill, and when I requested one, he reluctantly handed it over. Moreover, after paying with a 500 INR note for a bill of INR 157, he returned only INR 243. When I pointed out the discrepancy, he admitted to the error, claiming he owed me INR 343. His behavior suggested intentional deception. I urge the Restaurant manager to immediate removal of such fraudulent individuals from the restaurant.

Booking online is available, Dine-in and Rakeaway both online orders accepted. Great ambiance, nice place to handout with friends. Staff for serving and taking plates is also available. Getting whatever you want to eat great meals menu is nicely served. in my opinion 5 start location and services.

This is my second review previously I wrote three star review one year back. But these guys are super awesome specially Mr Brijesh who was the manager I think. He was very much helpful and my second experience allowed me to change my lost your feedback. Thank you so much great team

Good food overall, ruined by awful service. Young staff members just stood around aimlessly, laughing and joking and then having the audacity to just smirk when an order was questioned. The manager looked busy, but he seemed to have no control over his staff. Really pathetic service. This was highlighted the next day in McDonald's, Connaught Place, Delhi, where the staff were all very highly motivated and very professional as they went about their business.
