Service was slow had to wait for more than 10 minutes to get my order and 10 more minutes to order the food as no one was was there on the counter to take the order. Also they don't have change so bring the exact amount for the order from the next time
Always love malhar mall's McDonald's outlet...hanging out in the outdoor seating is the best part after lunch dinner....
Their kiosks are not working and service is also very slow.
So when I reached their order counter, they said pls order from outside, we have one screen to put order, put your order from there and that screen was not functioning well so it's got delayed around 15 to 20 minutes. after I again came to the counter and I requested them take my order by their own then they took my order from their register counter. Now at this point their payment system was not working, so it was another delay. Now the food they have served was pathetic and such a bad quality wasn't expected from McD. Would not recommend this place.
The service was good. The only one single problem I noticed is the food court is open means full mall can see us eating. Sometime it becomes awkward to us... Although the services , staff , Food these all were amazing.
I personally love McDonald's . Crispy veg Burger is my favorite. This place is very big. You can seat inside and outside. Self service is here. Washroom is available here. You need to wait 5 minutes maximum. Very fast in service.
Quality is getting worse with time. I ordered a Mc Veggie delivery and it didn't had Mayo in it. Mayo is not an additional topping. The shake also just tastes like bland amul kool, not at all worth 175.
