McDonald's really updated their game and their food tastes better than ever. The service is on point and the food quality has improved so much. The VR mall outlet gives one a total cafe experience. I'm Lovin It!!!

Awesome experience. The food is good as always no doubt about that. The service is usually good. But if you go in peak hours it's kinda hard to get your orders on time, it's understandable. Always use the MCDONALD'S APP for buying literally anything .... Let me give you a comparison. If you buy two hot chocolates without the app it is Rs. 550. With the app it is Rs. 169. That's how much you can save.

The service and atmosphere is very cool. It is located within a VR Mall. To be a special first shop in the mall. They have a kiosk machine to order the food and your food will arrive at your table. I ordered their McSpicy chicken - taste wise it is awesome but I personally feel it is too hot. Overall a very good experience.

One of the worst experiences I've had at a McDonald's in my entire life. Got myself a "Happy Meal" where the burger had only mayonnaise, a patty loaded with unhealthy undercooked potato and 12 exact pieces of lettuce. I was also told that I can switch my drink with the meal which was a lie told to me at the billing counter as I was billed for my smoothie separately. I am not sure why the staff felt like serving perfectly cooked corn from the expensive machine was enough as there was literally no salt or seasoning for the corn to taste good/healthy. I am not sure if the McDonalds India believes children don't have taste buds or nutritional needs or if they think they can just get away with really sub-par quality food. Never coming back here and if I do, I hope I can talk to the manager but what good would that do? :))))))

After finishing my purchase i just happened to stop by at the McDonald's. After placing order in the counter they will serve it to our table itself by token numberwise. I ordered 2 Friendship Sharers where we get Mc spicy fried chicken 5pcs and 2 small Cokes as well as chick McNuggets and peri-perifries. Maharaj burger is a must try one. Toppings on to all this they've new series of caffeinated drinks in here. I'm lovin it. Evening hours will mostly be crowded and have to wait for seats. Littlebit felt congested coz of crowd and sofa cushion is not that much comfortable , not providing extra plates and only having handwash rooms with dryer. If you think not to waste food Take away pack also available if you wish to take your leftover foods.
