We ordered 2 chicken burgers and it has literally nothing in it. 1 tiny piece of onion nd average chicken patty wirh mint chutney which did not even compliment the burger. The hot coffee was even worse. Extremely bitter. Low quality food.

I really disappointed last visit at shipra mall McDonald's restaurants, because I ordered 3 Karthik Aryan meal but it's taste are not good, my all friends are disappointed. Note: MacDonald is my favourite restaurant for burger, when I am at Patna.
I have been a regular visitor of this store as it was one of the first. I went to the store after ages to be welcomed by a pile of trash. There are only 3 staffs at the counter and also managing the billing, the delivery of the food while you can notice the manager always trying to resolve the unsuccessful online transactions as the store never can collect online payment. I feel the store needs a change of management or should be shut down and plans should be revisited.
It was a great experience.. Located at the entrance of Shipra Mall so heavy footfall all the time.. Food is awesome and quick delivery.. With so many customers, the outlet management is quite impressive.. Just a drawback, a little more space could have been better.. Rest, everything is fine.
Just take your food and go away. Tables and floor remains dirty for a long time after guests get up from the table. In weekends this place is crazy crowded. Better scan and order here.
