Even for orders once can collect or get table service (which can be tough during peak times). Like any other outlet food here is good and so are their cappuccino one of the best in town.

This place used to be good but this time we came across lost staff with searching eyes. God knows which world were they in. First asked us to book using kiosk but for payment asked us to go to counter again which led us getting further in the queue. Clueless y that was necessary when they were taking direct orders. Took ages to pick our order and place it on tray and get it to us as that led to food getting cold. Extremely dissapointed.

This not the McD experience you want. Nuggets were like rocks. A/C not working. The burgers are substandard taste/quality. Service is poor .. messing up orders, needs some one experienced on the floor to monitor and drive the service. The coke was without ice..until I asked explicitly. The young staff..is careless l!!

Nice hangout place for young people and kids. Regular McDonald's varieties are available. Self order kiosks were not working. Took long for them to give me my order. Ambiance in good. The location is really great - right next to Hitec City. Decent parking space is there. They even have a drive thru if you just want to grab food and go.

One of the best McDonald's branches in Hyderabad I would say. They maintain the hygiene, neatness and quality of food. After being to so many stores of McDonald's, this one has been a perfect experience. They have their store occupancy quite enough even being at the major centre of Hitech city where there is huge competition, cost and crowd. They provide very good customer service. Staff here is kind and polite. They try to make sure people get their billing and order as soon as possible. Seating arrangements and parking is also quite great, so there is no worry if you are going to this place on your bike or in your car. There is a huge seating area if there is huge group visiting. So that sums up, anybody can visit and have a pretty nice dining experience whether you are an individual, couple or even group. There are few things which are lacking and that's why I am rating it 4 and not 5. One of the things not working here is the machine where you can make your own order.

The parking for this outlet is on the front building, on the -2 floor! McD is known for it fast service! The area in the front was empty! But still I was forced to go down! Left the place.
