The food is really good at mcdonalds but sometimes there's a que for ordering and a little waiting. All of the 3 ordering kiosks were out of service at the time that i visited. Otherwise its what you'd have at any other mcdonalds. I ordered chicken nuggets which were a little burnt . Kitkat mcflurry didn't really tasted that good, oreo mcflurry is way better. I wish QSR's like Mcdonalds also had an healthy option without MSG's and all the other unhealthy ingridients.
It takes around 30-40 minutes just to get the whole system ready again after there's a powercut. For such a big outlet, this is a major issue. There must be extra generators or some backup system which ensures that at least the ordering system works perfectly. There were multiple cutouts and it took us more than 45 minutes of waiting.
I had a very disappointing experience at the McDonald's on Main Street. I was trying to use an offer from the McDonald's app, but the staff refused to accept it. They said that I had to order offline, which was very inconvenient. I also asked for hand sanitiser, but they said that they didn't have any. I was shocked, as McDonald's is a well-established brand and I would expect them to have basic hygiene items like hand sanitiser. The service was polite, but these two things really disappointed me. I would not recommend this McDonald's to others.
Quality of dishes were up to the mark as per the standards and the best part was the service. All employees were so kind and cooperating as there was so much rush still they were managing everything so smoothly. So 5 star to the service.
