This McDonald's has been there from a very long time so it seems a little worn out but nothing major! The food tastes just like any other McDonald's. The AC also works fine but could be better. The staff us quite cooperative and quick and the area is quite big so you'll always find a seat there. It is close by to the theatre in high street mall so it's a good restaurant option after watching a movie and even to meet up with friends. Overall a good place.
Service is very slow on weekends. The Biling system is also very slow. Ambiance was claustrophobic.. may be due to its location. Initially went to eat in.. but after seeing the atmosphere there.. decided to Take away.
Very unhygienic and dirty place inspite of repetitive reminders no pest controlling is done sharing video where the pest like cockroaches are seen very often
Nice Place to eat more than Delicious Burgers... Coffee & Muffins are must try. Nice place to celebrate birthdays, meeting friends or just take a break. Good staff & self service. Don't forget to taste new HOT menu.

The most rotten & third class service Noisy environment & messy ambience. They employ less staff & end up having long waiting time for customer orders. Had to wait for 25 minutes for a regular cofee. I will never ever go to this branch. Crazy & spoils the dining mood
The place is at prime location hence lots of traffic. The ice cream machine was down that day hence the rating went down. The staff is polite and patient. The service was good. My friend got stomach upset after having the piri piri mcspicy panner. Everyone else was fine whoever ate the same burgerso dont know the exact reason for her problem.
Wrap was good whereas the fries with peri-peri mix was awesome. Unfortunately still they do not provide straw with drinks. Mc chicken burger was just okayish.....
