Recently ordered.a meal. During the order no 244 . The lady staff is being tagged name Pritam. Is behaving the worst i can say. The lady staff is behaving like an owner of the McDonald's. The issue first i have face was the technical payment. This must be explained by the lady but the face gesture of the lady as well as the attitude as being a poor customer is being for food. Later i asked her to put less ice in coke she behave worst when took the order. That time the ice was extra then the expected so i asked his subordinates to less it . She commented him to give without ice in a rude way. This staff must have a serious action. I have been a regular customer of McDonald's but another bad experience at the same place. I hope some action must be taken place. Otherwise the franchise may losse loyal customers.
Mcd for chembur area. If the mall is crowded, they you won't find a place to sit and eat. This is situated inside kstar mall at top floor.
Today I visited MCDONALDS @ chembur kstar mall i order mc spicy chicken burger but this time i Thought to try something different i tried chatpata Nan with kebab it was so damm awesome i really liked Their flavour and their quick touch indian of i dian cuisine and their mc cafe is always good so overall my experience here was fantastic and i will recommend them to give a try
Really service is very nice but i didn't liked the taste of fries and burger, all service is fine atmosphere is very good but i realised the food taste was not good.
Very Unhygienic. The chicken patty was smelling and the fries were very soggy and were tasting bitter. Don't go in this outlet or you would invite food poison to yourselfs.
Stop jalapenos on burgers.. It destroys the burger taste..and yellow chilly sa ause mayo is worst tasting
The order was delayed more the 2 hours, after one hour and thirty minutes i got the call from Zomato delivery guy and he ask me to cancel the order because he was waiting for more the an hour for my order and still they haven't placed my order to him, I request to Zomato guy to wait for some time and i contact to the restaurant and there know one know about my order . And when finally I received my order, the half of items are missing I order for combo and in combo the fries was not delivered and 1 Mac veg was not delivered and burger bun was not fresh the fries I received was soggy and everything was cold And this is not the 1st time we ordered from this restaurant last time they have done same think staff are not good very disappointed with k Star MacDonald
