Being frustrated with the unhygienic KFCs n all, I found a good place to have a good time. Tnagar MCD is really great in taste of chicken items n their coffee was superb. Hope to visit again soon n expect same taste.
Mc cafe here has a veryyy bad staff!! thumbs down and the staff was vry rude and arrogant,. She's gonna bring only loss to McDonald's, hope u correct ur staff. 1. We ordered ice cream she only billed it, we asked her if she can change it but she said NO(not vey sweetly) 2. We were facing the road so we didn't know if the icecream was ready, they would always call but this idiot staff was talking with another staff during work hours. Located in the busy market area of Pondy Bazaar in T Nagar. Parking can be an issue if you don't get free space on the sides. It seems on the ground floor you can see the full menu along with the dessert options, place order and grab it on the first floor though on the 1st floor too u can place your order except dessert. Coming to the food, it was average. Be it coolers, fried chicken or the nuggets. Staff behaviour was good and service was ok too.
Nice place to have a quick meal. I ordered the mcspicy premium burger meal. The burgers from the gourmet collection are excellent. Place has got good seating arrangement. Order was served quickly. Customer service was also excellent. They also sell soft serves below. Just take one and walk to your next location for a perfect end to the meal.
