Definitely one of the better mcdonalds in Thane. Would definitely recommend breakfast here, especially the cappuccino n pancakes(hotcakes).
Taste of the food is different from other outlet of McDonald's burger wrap all taste are different. Fries here are not having salt whereas in other McDonald's fries have some salt in it here every food is tasteless
We had a birthday party at McDonald's kasarvadavli.. it was a fantastic experience... the staff is so co operative.. everyone was polite and they served the order quickly. They also helped us decorating the party theme.. Thank you.
It is located at a very right corner spot which has huge foot prints each day. There is more than average seating capacity inside as well as outside and waiting for the order and it comes to you through a staff looking at this number badge on table is a good concept. However I find some quality issues here in each of the past 3 visits I had including packing issue as well as Fries not cooked properly. I think it's high time they start focusing on quality to stand up to their repute.
really awesome experience. This rating is for service. Mc.D anyways i like. Surprised by the service and care they showed. I am rating it right after lady came and asked for sir do u need a tissue or ketchup or anything else on table. Its like quite a few employees continuously providing prompt service. The place is ever detiorating. First the service was delayed beyond 20 mins after order. They messed up the order. My favorite type of burger was delivered as was about to thrown to thrash. I had ordered my coke with ice was served without. Mcd should quit india. They are now no more needed here.
