McDonald's - Fast food restaurant in Bharuch - Bharuch, India

It was advertised that Mac-D is open till 4 AM. But in actuality they close at 1 AM. Tonight on my wife's birthday I decided to give her a midnight treat at Mac-D. After cake cutting and having a birthday celebration at home, I came around 1:15 AM with my wife and I was told that Mac-D is closed. Although there are already 10-12 people inside still they refused to take us both in. I have to give my order by drive through (which was also the second last order). While I was waiting for my order 3 people also came and they talked with the manager and he took them in, I was surprised how they refused me earlier and allowed others, who came after me. I wasn't expecting a biased & unprofessional behaviour at Mac-D.

Quality of food, ample space, hospitality and location of the outlet makes it a good spot to visit with friends, partner or family. Service is usually quick, though you plan to visit on a weekend appropriately as it gets a little busy. Loved the Indianized version of burgers and meal options. Can say surely, " McDonald's mein hai kuch baat"

It was an nice experience, good ambience, not understand seating arrangement. Need to open 2gates to reach order counter. In side and outside seating. Between Surat and VADODARA this is the only 1 outlet available.

One of the few things in Bharuch where you would like to spend times and it is 24/7 open which is a great thing. As we all know it is famous for Burger and Burger really tastes delicious, French Fries are adding icing on the cake. Iced Coffee is great too. Ice Cream is also good. Puffs are also good only complain and 2 star less is because of its cappuccino taste, I certainly didn't like it and even they are not giving it in MCDONALD'S cup they are just giving you in other cup. Other than that everything is great.

The shop info about opening time is 9-15 but at 11:35 am the shop was closed and when we asked they advised we r closed and only drive through is open for a service . This is one of the rubbish system u can see from McDonald franchises

Worst experience ever!! Staff is really rude. Surya and Afzal didn't know anything about menu and billing when I expected for cooperation, surya asked me to go on her place and do bill on my own. It was really too rude. Will never ever visit again.

This is my favourite food restaurants. Service was really amazing. Food was too tasty and delicious. It was great time with friends and family.

Good taste....quick service and good playarea for kids.
