McDonald's - Fast food restaurant in Ernakulam - Ernakulam, India

I had installed the mc app were in I was tempted to try them as plenty of excellent offers were available. When tried it in the outlet they informed that they can't process due to technical problems from their end. The order was a corn cheese burger meal the cheese slice wasn't even melted. The mc flurry was good the happy meal corn was totally unpalatable refer the pic. The service was good and ambience was neat. There is hand wash area that was a big let down. I am updating it as my concerns were soon escalated and addressed. Will be trying in the same outlet soon and rate it again.

The food we ordered was okay okay...But we get the food around 40-45 minutes after placing the order. And also the service was okay. Management please make sure to serve the food, 10-15 mins after placing the order.

I have been here around 6-7 times. Awesome service. The staff, ambience and food is good. Very much satisfied always.

One of the best McD outlets I have visited in Ernakulam. I think this is the only store that has self-ordering kiosks which ensure contactless ordering and payment. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Burgers and cafe drinks are made with utmost care and love. Loved this store and it's people. Highly recommended.

One thing that stood out for me was the service. I didn't expect it to be so good considering the crowd is less now that Forum Mall has started in the neighborhood. But I must say I was pleasantly surprised by that. Food, mostly just another McD. Cleanliness could be better, there was some food lying on the bench where I was about to sit.

This McDonalds at the pan nucleus mall is one of a kind . I hadn't been to any of their outlets in the last 2 years and a lot has changed. They have a nice self serve app. The app is really user friendly and I could see elderly's being able to use It without much help. They also have some gaming consoles on the center table to help with your anxiety waiting for food. Having said that the food was very very average. The fried chicken was saddening so was the wedges . The people in the store were helpful. Overall a very average experience

One of the best outlet of McD. Behaviour of staffs are very pleasing and their guidance is also awesome. They have all the menu with them and in 10 minutes i received my items on my desk. Well maintened restaurant. Ambience is also good. Not too much crowded. You can go at any time. Only one negative I found there is they will close by 10pm. As kochi, in busy schedule reaching there within this timing is little difficult. Although you can have the same by there partner restaurants, which will close by only 12 pm. McD

Cheesy burger meal (medium fries, cranberry juice) Cheesy indeed but the mayo sause was overpowering the flavour. Mac'd being a fast food chain, there was alot of unnecessary healthy veggies in my burger. Fries could have been more seasoned. Cranberry juice was fine. Definitely appetizing, staffs were professional and polite. Other than the pesky fly i shared my table with, I had a delightful experience.
