McDonald's - Fast food restaurant in Thiruvananthapuram - Thiruvananthapuram, India

I recently visited the new McDonald's in Trivandrum, and it was indeed a delightful experience. The McDonald's premium touch was evident in every bite of the cheese chicken burger meal I ordered. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly. I sincerely hope they maintain this high quality in the long run. Thumbs up for a great dining experience!

We went to McDonald's today and had Veg Cheesy Nuggets, Veg Pizza McPuff and Lemon Chiller. The place is located within the Ground Floor of Mall of Travancore and is a modernly furnished cozy cafe to spend time with your friends and loved ones. The ambience is good, the service is great and the food is awesome. The place is clean and neat. The staff is courteous and well behaved. The cafe isn't that crowded either, unlike the one located in Lulu Mall, which is exactly the opposite of the one here. We loved the Veg Cheesy Nuggets a lot. As soon as you bite into it your mouth fills with the crispy outer coating and the yummy cheese fillings as well, which then blends into a tasty mixture that entices the taste buds and you feel good after just a little bite. The Lemon Chiller is actually lemon iced tea that's really good and refreshing. We loved it too We were a tad bit disappointed with the Veg Pizza McPuff though because we had great expectations after the other two items. This wasn't that awesome but compared to some tikka rolls and stuff, this was good. There is a chance that we might become regulars here.

Tried ordering via kiosk at the shop but unfortunately it didn't work even though the staff assisted us with it. So made the order at the counter and the staff were really helpful & approachable. Classic cold coffee tasted so bad that we couldn't complete the drink. But the Green apple chiller was superb. The fries too were good as usual.

Good burger for 50 Rs Good taste one Aloo tikki ,onion, and one tomato slice inside of the burger and good service.

Their ambiance is so great and there are space available for special celebrations also. Their Burgers are my favorite. French fries are also good. I really loved it. Superb as always ... I recommend this place for a try.

Signature dishes are upto the mark. However delivery delayed due to internal technical or communication error. They accepted the mistake and apologizes. Dining area very tightly placed which a family of 4 cannot sit comfortably. Management needs to look for this on a serious note.

Delicious meals with crunchy chicken burger. Mcafe coffee are a great addition. Maharaja Mac burger is a must try. Good customer service and great ambience in this outlet. Safe and contact less delivery to doorsteps.

Mcdonald's is one of my most favourite fast food chains and could have easily gotten five stars from me as well. You could ask anyone from abroad and they would say the fries are one of the major highlights of Mcdonald's, but to my major disappointment the fries i got were soft, soggy and lacked any quality of a Mcdonald's fries. The Mcnuggets were ok. The American Cheese Supreme Burger- well it looked smushed (a delivery mishap) but was my favourite out of all, it was cheesy and there was a slight heat from the jalapenos. The McVeggie was delivered in a better condition and it tasted ok. Now the Cola or the Coke tasted watered down, there was no fizz and tasted like cola water. So yeah, if possible would have given it only a 2 and a 1/2 stars rating. They could really improve the packaging. My burgers looked like as if it was under a road roller and could also improve the quality of the fries. And please do not fool people by watering down their cola.Like how you value your money, we too value ours and prefer getting our money's worth.
