This place is expensive for just a mere burger plus the service tax GST adds and makes your bill heavy. The coke which they serve is full of ice which is a pure case of adultery, not at all recommended. Fries are not crunchy enough the way it's supposed to be but really soggy and bland. Few items are worth the penny but overall an expensive place. On weekends it's really crowded so they have online stations where you can self order with the help of an employee.

It was a great experience to come here always. Very good service provided by crew members and specially like to mention about Yogita .She took our feedback about the order and asked us about our feedback. Really appreciate her service.

I didn't go to the place with much expectation as always preferred food taste of other chains over this one. The food at this place is pricey and not very tasty. The burger felt substandard comparing it with other chain's burger. The space is large with ample sitting spaces and good ambience.

Visited this McDonald's recently, and I must say it left me with mixed feelings. The prices were on the higher side, and to make matters worse, I didn't even receive the food bill. The portion size of the meal was disappointingly small for the price. What's more, the overall experience wasn't great; there was virtually no crowd, which made the place feel a bit deserted. I would advise planning your order in advance because my unplanned visit didn't turn out to be a good deal.

Reasonable quality food. Nice seating too. Not too crowded either, perfect for a quick snack or takeout. But the service could be a bit better. They are slow to take orders, also many errors in processing the orders, particularly during breakfast time. Even during peak hours of evening, only 1 or 2 out of the 4 cash counters are open, causing long waiting times seems like the restaurant is a bit understaffed...

So, visited this place at afternoon for Lunch. The place has some good interiors. Also, the vibes are so well here. The place is photogenic too. You can visit here either with friends or with family. The ambience is so well. So, I ordered food - 1. McAloo Tikki Burger 2. French Fries 3. Pepsi The taste of burger and fries are so well. Also, they have some varities of Coffee which I will try soon. And the service is so well here. The food items are well and budget friendly. So, you can viisit here and have a good experience.

Happy to see McDonald's in Bhilai. Was waiting for so long for this. Finally I went there today and had an average experience. Actually not as expected. Menus are too much costly. Even if it is costly, it should taste well. But the taste of triple cheese Chicken Burger was very bad. Why to charge thhis much if you can't give a good taste to that food?? Thanks for coming in Bhilai so that I finally got to know that not every expensive thing is good. Overhyped and Overrated... Not a good experience.. will try to go again if they update the menu with good offer or price. Not going ro waste my money again for this value. 3 stars only to get it open in Bhilai.
