Hii all, Just visited the store of McDonald's in vashi and had a quite good experience..... After a month I visited the McDonald's here we have ordered burgers, piri piri fries, and tried two new drinks here and that drinks was OK OK.... It was a bad experience me.I had ordered and was waiting for my order number to be displayed. But it didn't get displayed for more than 20 mins. So, I went there and asked about my order. Then they said that my order was ready I had ordered mc puff and cappuccino and they both are not hot. Service is really so bad. Disappointed!
Very very pathetic service the staff is never co-operate either you they will just create an tragedy for you and the staff just like they just making an fun of customer I gone their to order my meal the staff said you have to order from machine soo I ordered their and one the staff member told me too pay and the payment got cancelled soo she told me to pay for that order at the counter soo paid the money their after that the staff told me that as the payment failed at machine soo you could not get your order I don't understand if the payment got cancelled soo why you make the payment again just making fun of the customer after that they told me you will receive the refund within seven days this happens on 9/08/2023 and today's date is 21/08/2023 but not yet the refund credited also tried to reach with store manager but they just make fun of customer did not even response so shortly taking strict action against this issue.
Must try the coke with icecream here, goes good with the burgers & fries. Would recommend you to order it via McDonalds app, as you get good offers there, i got it for Rs129 for two.
You should be cautious while visiting this McDonald's in the InOrbit Mall in Vashi because, 40% of the time, UPI or credit card payments do not work, and they then insist on CASH, which is pretty embarrassing. Above that, they don't even feel like putting a Notice for it in advance. The second problem is that despite repeated requests, they continue to offer Lukewarm coffee. So, overall don't expect much from that outlet...

This Tata Starbucks is the second outlet within the Seawoods Nexus Mall. It's a cozy corner at Level 2 where the staff are not just super friendly and polite, they are excellent in their preparations of coffee. It's money worth spending!
