McDonald's India - Fast food restaurant in Gwalior - Gwalior, India

Literally not up to the McDonald's standard! The restaurant was packed with crowds but only two billing counters were there, however managed to handle. Tired face staff, No order status display and absolutely no management. You need to come and check for your order to counter multiple times. The only good thing was the Food, it was as good as McD known for. First time such experience in McD!

Good food Good mood Yes it is true.. Kartik Aryan treat also available at birth place of kartik Aryan. Just visit and eat that also. Coke Soft serve icecream cone have good quantity and yes mc flurry taste and quantity is much better that indore McDonald's.

Mc donald taste total bad and coldrink its not a coldrink only mineral water i am not satisfy mcdonald food

Meals of MacDonald is best , but my experience says I don't like other products .

Went here with my friends at around 10.00 pm , but surprisingly nothing was out of stock. The staff was really cooperative and they helped me out in my online order booking. Yes the order is now made online by the customers themselves to avoid contact with the staff. The taste was also good.

Best for low price and good food material there are many choices to eat like burger coldrink,cold coffee,fries etc. Any other more options to eat there are more meals to order with your phone for more benefits or there are offer in the meals like adding more food for free with the meal.

Take it from someone who has regularly been to McDonald's across more than 5 states in last couple years, this is the worst McDonald's in the central India, no doubt why it got rated below 4. The staff took my order wrong even after me showing the menu item with picture on my phone. They refused to give me benefits of the official McDonald's app which is valid for all the McDonald's outlets all over the world. They don't even know how to properly prepare an item. I've ordered 2 Hazelnut brownies with hot choco fudge and they managed to fail at assembling such a simple menu item. The staff has no coordination at all, one person was saying app will be considered, second person saying otherwise. The burger was soggy and crumbled. Fries was okay but they have no other option except regular plain fries. This is the first time I'm writing this for a McDonald's but definitely a no go place from my side. Not worth it!

These two have been my all time favourites, the Maharaja Mac and Filet-o-fish, and m sure many would agree with me on this.
