McDonald's India - Fast food restaurant in Lucknow - Lucknow, India

Went here with my friends , nothing was out of stock. The staff was really cooperative and they helped me out in my online order booking. Yes the order is now made online by the customers themselves to avoid contact with the staff. The taste was also good. Feeling great to write

I recently dined at this restaurant and was thoroughly impressed!. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. I highly recommend trying their signature dishes - you won't be disappointed!

The food was very good. I ordered chicken burger which was tasty. The service was also great and staff was helpful. Definitely would go there again.

I went to the McDonald's in Fountain Inn SC 300 MCCARTER Road Fountain Inn, SC 29844 around 8:00pm EST. It was a little busy, however, this was an extremely smooth-running shift. Everyone was in place and did their job accordingly. My order was an online order and my food was very fresh. While I was waiting for my food, I had the opportunity to watch everything and everyone. I would like to recognize the manager **, ** and the rest of her team. Her back line (cook area) was very structured and kept the food fresh and coming through so there wasn't a long wait time. ** (back line) was very calm, cool and collective and didn't break under pressure. I'm not sure if he is in a leadership position but it would benefit if he was, so he could demonstrate to other employees what it takes to keep the ball rolling in a very fast pace area in Mcdonald's. I have visited several Mcdonald's and was once a manager myself in a different location, and this, by far, was a VERY good experience. Even though it was a rush time everyone had a positive and pleasant attitude. I was Very impressed!!!

Overall it's a classic place which holds a lots of childhood memories...a nostalgic and Deja Vu moment.... whenever went there. Price is affordable and moderate. The Mc aloo tikki burger is the CLASSIC. No one could beat the taste of Mc Donald burger.....

The renewation is really good and user friendly, but they need more staff. The ordering booths would often disconnect from the servers or be out of paper and there would be a line of people confused and waiting for somebody to come fix it. Also self ordering caused an increase in orders but there's less staff available to fend to the order. The concept of on table service is good but when they dont even get to your order for half an hour or so then eventually you have to get up to enquire and collect your order by yourself. All the issues mentioned here are solvable so looking forward to improved service!

Most pathetic stuff... My cold coffee contains 70% of ice cubes and only 5 sip of cold coffee.. highly disappointed.. on query got reply from Mr Nitesh Verma that this is as per our standards.. my view is kindly raise your standard and stop looting the esteemed customers..

Today I got McDonald's, as I drove off and parked in a nearby store's parking lot to eat, I discovered that the food was so good that my soul ascended to God and I spiritually high-fived him. Great job.
