No doubt food is great and serviceis good but need to change the atmosphere and ambiance. Spacious but infrastructure is outdated. One they take review on the spot. When ever you gave review staff continuously staring at your phone. No anonymity. But All these are administrative issue.. If want to just eat the tasty burger you can take away and eat it at your place. Affordable than the other competitor like burger club and burger king.. Do visit.

It's a very old restaurant in karol bagh. The hygiene and cleanliness level has gone down over the years.The tables are not clean accordingly. Even not the best sanitization here. Updated review (7.06.23) - The seating is on first floor and there is also a counter at first floor but it's closed which is inconvenient. Even for Scan and Pay They accept orders late and you have to go personally tell them about your order. Pathetic Lazy staff.
It's one of the oldest McDonald's restaurants in Delhi. The restaurant was very nicely maintained by the staff who were very respectful and responsive to the customers. There is also a large seating area above the ordering area of the restaurant. To-go items like soft serve can be collected from the entrance window. Really impressed. Good job
Went to grab some quick bites as I was nearby. Located almost at the center of a big market, the place was crowded and chaotic even then the order was ready pretty quickly with minimal waiting time. Ordered mc veggie, mc spicy paneer meal, mc aloo tikki evm. The wrap was good. The staff were attentive and courteous.. Typical McD outlet, overall experience was good.

Ordered a mc puff and cold coffee from here. The packaging was not good and some of the coffee was spilled. The consistency was very bad , it felt like it had alot of ice due to which the coffee's flavours were not coming out. The mc puff was deliver cold as if it had been made 3-4 hours prior.
The burger and fries are good but the cost don't worth it , we try a choco shake here which cost 10 rs more than the Rs149 meal but the taste was not so good . Tried some amazing fusion food of this place. Loved the kurkure chicken momos, shawarma balls, chicken seekh kebab shawarma & burgers. Quality is amazing, stuffing momos was just superb and their paneer shawarma filling is also lipsmacking.
Visited this place recently. It has 2 sections - take away and Dine-in. Dine in space is decent one. Ordered combo Bowl i.e. Noodles with Manchurian. Food was yum. It's just walking distance away from metro station. Overall nice experience
