McDonald's India - Fast food restaurant in Ghaziabad - Ghaziabad, India

Quite a big outlet. Good place to have some nice fast food. You can find lots of seating tables, you can easily grab one during non peak hours. Environment is properly clean and well maintained. Staff is polite and provide quick service.

The best hospitality experience provided by this store. Due to some personal reasons I have to be in the mall for around 7 hrs but for about 4 hrs I was sitting in the McDonald's store as it has good ventilation and seating space. Despite of heavy traffic they haven't asked my to leave the store. They managed the things very smoothly. The store team is really following all the COVID 19 safety norms. This has been observed by me during 4 hrs of waiting in the store. Every employee in out temperature is monitored, employees are using sanitizer and even cleaning all the surfaces in contact time to time. Even the POS machines are cleaned when rush is less. All these attempts has build a trust in me about the hygiene being the utmost priority for Mc Donald's store. The employees are polite, friendly and cooperative. Which enhances the customer experience

One of the female staff stopped me from taking photo of menu, though there was no disclaimer like photography not allowed. Anyway, place is nice as usual. Large sitting area is there. Neat and clean. Like any other McD, nothing special about it.

New interior design is definitely worth it It was a great experience with the staff ,they were humble.

Vaishali McDonald very good restaurants for burger and other fast foods like coke, puff, frames and many mores, there is self service catalog and payment machines, staff is well mannered and behaviour, they servicing meals on tables according to order sequence, really good place and affordable.

A special thanks to Mohit Kumar who has been super kind to me as my paytm payment got stuck he helped me out and took care. There should be more people like him who understands that makes the treat super beautiful Really love the new coffee in the store A must try

The Mc MAHARAJA Burger was damn delicious .... If you are very hungry and looking for something large or can say extra large for your tummy ..... With this the new salsa Fries we're average as per the branding they were also bit more saucy .... Can be a treat for sauce lovers ..... Cold drinks were average .... At the end everyone must exit the gates with .... Mc Flurry choco-chip which was amazingly enthralling ...... But if you are an Oreo lover than try Mc Flurry oreo to rejuvenate your cravings ..... To the ambience and cleanliness we must say 10/10 .....

The best McDonald's I've ever been to, the staff is really nice and polite, they actually help the customers with order related issues and are really friendly, if anyone from McDonald's HR department seeing this please consider giving them a raise. 10/10
