I ordered peri peri mc spicy paneer and peri peri mc spicy chicken burgers but I was not being told that peri peri buns are no more in stock since 1/7/23 and that peri peri is Jain preparation and no one at the order counter bother to tell me about it instead they kept asking me if I wanted to shift from normal meal to premium meal multiple times. The display screen also showed peri peri burger with photo. After I confronted and asked about the difference between normal and peri peri burger they changed the display photo. On being asked multiple times that I have paid for peri peri and asked to refund they refunded me. I am really disappointed with it.
This establishment is situated in Laxmi enclave, katargam. Have been coming here for some time and the experiences are similar to the rest of McDonald's franchise. There is nothing much to describe. Overall I am satisfied.
It's open till late. I mostly go here for coffee. Mcd's coffee is better than their burgers. They don't know this yet. It's iced coffee is something I haven't had anywhere before. Perfect.

The order taking employee is very bad with the bill. Not accepting order which are showing in application. I want to take the maharaj meal which is showing one maharaj burger, one m fries and one l coke. But when i ask her to place the same order she denied to place this order and also shows the attitude with this order. she wanted to add me a shake or coffee with the meal. It is good to suggest other products as a biller girl but to completely denied. Is not good for reputed brand like the MCdonald's. And also want to mention that not only with me but other 3 person face the same issue and they go back without ordering food. This is not good experience for any reputed food brand as per my opinion.
I have visited this branch the last 3 times all time your bill maker girl is behaving very badly and not correctly. She force me to add shake in my maharaja meal which already came with the coke. But she denied and says the policy are chabged for maharaja meal but i can see same maharaja meal from mcdelivery and mcdonald app.
