McDonald's - Fast food restaurant in Thane, Asangaon - Thane, India

Its located in a food complex near Asangao on the Nashik highway. Typical McDonald's outlet, good service and good food. The staff was local and very polite and helpful. A nice stop to have a quick snack on your route.

Nice place. Good food. Service was quick, food order got within 15 mins... staff was good. But infrastructure was poorly maintained. Near billing counter and entry door there was water dripping from the AC vent... they have put the sign board over there but when any customer takes his / her order they have to walk on that wet floor.... Overall experience was average...

Very nice place with awesome and tasty food. The staff were very polite and helpful. They were pretty friendly too. We had gone for SaveSoil bike rally and the staff filled all our water bottles with cold water.

Mc donalds never seems to disappoint you, It just never can.. Lot or variety including a very clean ambience and lots of option to choose from. New introduction of Cheese Lava gourmet collection, it is indeed lipsmacking was hot and not so spicy and extremely tasty extremely.. so all on all mc donalds like this can never get less than 5 Love you guys!!

Let me tell you about this fine gentleman Mr. Satish B, who was very good while taking the order for all three of us, yes its as a complicated order with a lot of add on in the meals. However Satish here was spot on in one go without a single repetition required. I was very sure he would mess up my order but no. He was 100% accurate. Very polite and welcoming and not at all pushy. I wish all McDonald employees were like him better listeners...thanks Satish B. 5 stars only for your excellent Coustomer service.

Inside food hub,Asangaon. Staff is very cordial. Meals are as per McD standards. Hygiene protocols are followed well in the current COVID scenario. Parking for two wheelers and four wheeler available

Just picked up a Burger from this McDonald's. Gave him a 500 rupee note and he didn't have change for it. He somehow managed to give me 111 rupees in change. I clearly asked him to give me the burger with less lettuce but was still full of lettuce. I had to reconfirm the order, as I heard him not mention it to the one preparing the burger. After I thanked the person handing me the burger and left, the same cash attendant followed me outside and was staring at me (in khunas). If this is how the service is over here, then honestly that person should immediately removed. Sad to see McDonalds hiring such uneducated people to serve. Very disappointed.
