McDonald's - Fast food restaurant in Lonavala - Pune, India

I recently had the opportunity to visit the McDonald's near Lonavala Railway Station while waiting for my train. It turned out to be a pleasant surprise during my four-hour layover. The first thing that struck me about this place was the courteous and friendly staff. Despite the constant flow of visitors, they managed to maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It made my brief stopover a lot more enjoyable. It is more than just a fast-food restaurant. It's a traveler's oasis offering good food, friendly service, and clean facilities. I would highly recommend it to fellow travelers looking for a comfortable stopover while passing through Lonavala.

These types of outlets are not that easy to find in Lonavala. It's located at the same mall of Sunil wax museum. We ordered some burgers, drinks, fries, nuggets, and everything was yummy and nice. The washroom was also well maintained and clean. The cafe is very well maintained, clean, spacious, and has a good amount of sitting space. There is not that many options to choose from, but still it's okay.

Pretty good experience, staff is corporative, Order after placed did not took much time to come. For dining they have enough space but still can be crowded during weekends. Washroom is available and the as clean.

Very BAD experience at Lonavla's only Mcd outlet. Very much offended by the staff. They closed dine in earlier then the time only because they cleaned it up earlier. So staff was not willingly attending the customer. Then i have asked for the combos and their foolish reaction was like they asked me the code of the combo because they don't know it. They don't have the product knowledge. Then they told me about the closing time so that we can complete our food by the time. After that i'hv asked for brown sugar sachets and got the answer of UNAVAILABLE. Having the outlet in tourist place doesn't mean you can sell anything without hospitality concern or having any local staff without any training.

overall my QSR interest is little law but this place has full of toom to jang out with your friends and family use their app to get good deals. sometime i just think frys are not upto the mark but getting burgers and cafe menu is just great

McD at lonavala stunned to see that. Great options for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner you mention it. Surprise to see everything on menu was available. Food was fresh and served hot. Cold coffee had it's different but good taste. Staff was polite and nice. Everything was clean and neat. Specially restroom was kept clean and in good condition. Mcspicy burger, chicken wrap was delicious. One thing to improve was ventilation, the fan or air conditioning was not good.

Service was a bit slow and all requests were not catered to. However the burgers were great as always. Fries were quite soggy and not crisp at all. Overall decent experience.

This is the first outlet where I have seen the McDonald's app doesn't seem to work. We insisted them to at least enter the code manually they resist. They emphasize ordering it directly from them so that we can't redeem our offers. McDonald's to please look into this.
