highly incompetent staff. got charged for flurry which wasn't flurry as the machine is broken. ac doesn't work. slowest service. only one functional cashier during peak hours also. cashier takes 7-8 minutes per person. don't accept in app offers as and when they please. not at all helpful staff

The quality and quantity of beverage is being reduced markedly.... We ask attended to reduce a little bit of ice as she had full the whole glass with ice... When we said this she also reduced the quantity of cream and coffee shot as well.... Even the coffee she made was not proper she was not at all listening..... Even I had paid cash so she didn't ask my contact number neither they had given me bill..... On top of that they don't have change of Rs 500 as well.. When again I had ordered cold coffee...... She denied for change...... I told her I had given you the change before.... Still she denied and given me all coins of Rs 10 ..... The cold coffee in that no coffee shot.... Milk sugar n cream..... They are not ready to listen anything...... Worst worst experience......

Nice place. Staff was friendly and helpful. My order was processed quickly. Food quality was good. Good place to arrange parties. A nice hangout place. Parking space available. Plenty of area to arrange a medium sized party. Visible from traffic and located on a junction, hence easily accessible.

Perfect place for lunch, dinner. Every generation loves the food of McDonald's. Great place to have lunch or dinner with lovely couples, friends, families etc Perfect place for late night food lovers, as it is available till 1 AM The quality of food, decoration, seating facility and service is of another level Only two wheeler parking facility is available here

Staff behaviour is not good and the system is always in updating mode which leads the inconvenience to the customers. A.C is not properly chilled due to this we experience suffocation and hotness inside the dine-in . Please improve all of this asap

McDonald outlet located near vijay cross roads is one of the busiest outlets in the city. It has all standard facilities and is a lively place. This place attracts lot of young crowd and the ambience is bright. The seating arrangement is good and parking facility is available. It serves food till latenight and is a fun place to enjoy.
