McDonald's - Fast food restaurant in Miyapur, Hyderabad - Medchal Malkajgiri, India

Food is not hot. We asked for a hot burger, but still didn't get it . Staff is arguing that it is already hot. It's a waste of money.

Worst service ordered online for veg received non-veg. Taste is also pathetic not recommended for anyone. I don't know how they can do this kind of blunder with customers. I ordered for the first time in my life now I have fixed my mind that this is the last time in my life. I prefer starving than ordering from Mc Donald's again. Really unbelievable worst service. By the way Thanks for ruining my surprise gift to loved one's

I have always been so happy after eating McDonald's burger but today,I ordered, maharaja combo meal,they packed the meal and gave it to me,but when I reached home,there was no coke inside and rest,maharaja Mac was not maharaja at all,I have attached the photos,I wish I could attach the video also,because I didn't expect the people of McDonald's to be this much irresponsible as they should have checked before giving me the parcel, I regret ordering from there

Very very very careless attitude. I ordered food around 10.30pm and expected delivery time was 20 mins. Waited till 11.15pm still status is inkitchen. I called to store to check status and with very careless tone he told that rider is not available and asked me to cancel. Such a worst service from McDonald's. They didn't even inform earlier only when I called they told that.

Serving too long. It's fast food but feels like forever! Plus, you can't order dessert in the same place, unless you willing to do marathon to go the ground floor to get mc flurry. What the hell!!! Never be back here.

Always orders are so late from here. Worst taste from here. I had a wonderful experience with burger King and now having the worst experience with McDonald's.

I ordered McDonald's from zomoto,not sure it's may be order received from zomoto(online orders). They served less quantity and quality food. It was never happened to me, when I visited the McDonald's directly.

The worst McD ever. Firstly the person taking orders was behaving very rudely. She got irritated because I asked for an offer from app. Then I asked her to avoid ice cubes in my float and she says float can't be made without ice ( which is definitely not true as I had it many times). She comes up with floats with literally one spoon softy and half glass coke. I ordered 4 floats and the coke wasn't even equal in all four. She then doesn't give straws and when asked about it told me that straws are discontinued. I just can't believe this treatment.
