McDonald's - Fast food restaurant in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

We went to Inorbit Mall yesterday and we ordered 4 Chicken Wings and 2Chicken Burgers from McDonald's, order number 220. We started eating the chicken burger. On first bite the burger smelled and tasted like spoiled food. when I opened the bun I found white fungal on the tomatoes. Another burger looked the same as well. It is undoubtedly disappointing for us to receive damaged food that does not meet our expectations. As a side, we kept McDonald's chicken burgers and we placed an order for Burger at Burger King. In order to satisfy your customers, you need to take care to maintain a high level of hygiene and quality. Remember, customer feedback is valuable to your businesses. This is not fair @McDonald's

Tried the new peri peri burger meal, the taste was nice , fries was ok too, so overall it was a ok-ish meal.

Grabbed food from here two times in a span of one week. Overall ordering and food pickup experience needs to improve. I had food as well as a cold shake order. Food order was ready for pick up but I had to remind them about the drink, which they started to make after I asked. Mc Aloo tikki was very dry, may be due to the wheat bun. Out of 2 times I ordered Spicy Paneer burger, one time it was very very very very spicy. Not sure what went wrong. Hope they look into it. Wings and their chatpata seasoning was good.

I recently had a meal at McDonald's Inorbit Mall and I must say, the food was delicious! The burger was juicy and flavorful, and the fries were perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The service was also great - my order was taken quickly and my food was ready in no time. What I appreciated most about McDonald's was the consistency in the quality of their food. No matter which location I visit, I can always count on the food to taste just as good as I remember it. It's no wonder McDonald's has been a favorite fast food chain for so many years. Overall, I had a great experience at McDonald's and would highly recommend their food to anyone looking for a quick, tasty meal.

Rude Behavior and Poor Customer Service at McDonald's Inorbit Mall Outlet, Hyderabad I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the appalling customer service provided by one of your employees, "J Sudha", at the McDonald's Inorbit Mall outlet in Hyderabad, India. I regret to inform you that my recent experience with Ms. Sudha has been consistently disappointing, and her rude behavior has tarnished my perception of your establishment. On 29th Sep, I visited your outlet and decided to place an order through the McDonald's app. Specifically, I requested chicken wings with Fanta as my choice of beverage instead of Coke. However, Ms. Sudha responded to my simple request in an exceedingly impolite and dismissive manner, outright refusing my preference for Fanta. While I understand that substitutions may not always be possible, her manner of declining was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. What troubles me most is that this incident is not an isolated one. Every time I have visited the McDonald's Inorbit Mall outlet, I have encountered Ms. Sudha's rude behavior. It is disheartening to observe such a consistent lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction. As a regular visitor to Inorbit Mall, I urge you to invest in comprehensive customer service training programs and to reevaluate the conduct of Ms. Sudha. I hope that my complaint receives the attention it deserves and that you take immediate action to rectify this situation. It is my expectation that McDonald's will not only address the issue with Ms. Sudha but also ensure a higher standard of customer support at the Inorbit Mall outlet.

McDonald's is my all-time favorite especially the one in Inorbit Mall. Despite the crowd, the service is always super-fast! I have been here countless times but never got to review. This afternoon I placed an order for American Cheese Lava Burger meals (Veg). This is the first time I went for something other than my default spicy paneer burger. I am not a big fan of soft drinks, so wanted to try the cappuccino (to be honest, I was reluctant to order coffee in McD!). My friend went for Paneer wrap meal. There were around 10 folks in front of us in the queue, but in less than 5 minutes, we placed our order. The service was super quick as always and loved the way they made the signature cappuccino! Cheese Lava Burger was so fulfilling and divine for cheese lovers like me! Fries are as always the best - hot and crispy! The cappuccino was the surprise element for me! Loved it - it was thick, strong, and felt just right. I never imagined finding such an awesome coffee in McD. For sure, cappuccino is added to my favorite wish list! I am not quite sure how they keep up the pace and quality despite the crowd in the mall, especially during the weekend, but they are doing an amazing job!

Google says that the store opens at 11 but the staff keeps saying that the store opens at 11:30. This might be an issue for some customers with time constraints.
