McDonalds. Located in main area of Nadiad. The restaurant is very big, has ample of parking space, has drive through option. 2 counters to order. Play area for children. Parking available for 2W/4W. Drive through has good space to accommodate 5 to 6 vehicles in waiting. The food though we got served was dry, soggy. All standard food items available. Drinking water available. Staff is supportive, polite and talks in Gujarati (no matter how much you talk in Hindi they will respond only I Gujarati). Cards, QR, Cash accepted. Ample of sitting space. Cooling could be better. Timing are 11AM to 1AM. They have offers for bulk orders. You can celebrate birthday parties of kids over there.
Always Good service and Amazing yummy food. All staff are good nature and verry co-operative. Me and my son enjoyed eating burger.
I've experienced issues with the food quality at this establishment. For instance, the Veg. Nuggets lack proper preparation; when I tried them, there was no cheese stuffing - they were completely empty. Despite bringing this to the attention of the staff, there was no supportive response or resolution.

The floor manager was soo understanding for customer service and supporting so good. All the staff was amazing, good, cool and very friendly nature. The Atmosphere is very nice, i feel good. This food is very freshest and yummy.
