McDonald's Good service The food and service is really good. It's the same as the other McDonald's. Near and tidy, good food and good ambience. There are several types of seating, so you can choose what kind of seat you want. It's so comfortable too. One suggestion I'd add is to maintain the toilet more often. Otherwise it's the perfect place to dine in Hubli.
Agreeing to the fact that the atmosphere is really good. But except that there is nothing good here , the customer service is utmost disaster, the employees are merely polite , there is no soft drinks half of the week here . A person who admires MCD food alot this is utter disappointment for me . They have installed Kiosk machines but when needed of proper assistance the employees are not knowledgeable in it. Hope it will be rectified.
Too crowded. food ordering is not easy. Staff shouting order number loud but yet can't hear him because of loud music. why don't volume of music reduce. quite headache in atmosphere. Surprise to see jain menu. Removing onion and garlic is not jain food.
I visited this store on Nov 16, 2022 with my son, he basically pulled me here for French fries, We Ordered alu tikki burger and french fries with peri peri masala n coke. The order was served on time but they missed to provide peri peri masala which charges 23ripees. I was released after some time by looking at the bill then I called the manager n was informed on the missing item. Managers won't feel guilty even if they don't mind saying sorry. This is not a good way of making mistakes can be forgiven but if they feel that they made mistakes. Store admins need to look into this very keenly. I request the customer to check out your order by comparing the bill. Especially parcel taking customers.
Be careful when you take the burger check it in hurry they just give what ever they want... But yup the gourmet range is awesome and really tasty make sure you make a meal like it's affordable when you make a happy meal than individual items
Super crowded on the weekend evenings, probably plan for drive in if you don't like to wait for tables. Drive thru is quick.

The employee was very rude n rigid . I ordered cheezy fries which had so less cheese n when i asked for more it he was so rude n denied saying "isme itna hi aata hai" . I paid for extra cheese but didn't get
