I recently tried the burger at McDonald's and unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. The taste and quality weren't up to par, which was disappointing. Based on my experience, I'm giving it one star. However, everyone's taste buds are different, so it's worth trying it out for yourself to see if it suits your preferences.
This branch of Mc Donalds is located right on the famous Brigade road. As its a busy road, usually the waiting time is slightly higher. Even parking is slightly challenging. They only have counter to order which further takes up more time. They have 2 floors. The view from the first floor is beautiful as you get to see the Brigade road.
The staff doesn't acknowledge the calls and they have the phone switched off. I reached out to them for my missing item's in my order. Very poor service. I had to order again form a different location. Ps I spent 800 rupees to get and items were missing. Good job McDonald's.

The staff at the order area were not at all interested in taking orders and were taking long time for the orders. Some of the French fries were burnt. This used to be our go to McDonald's during college days, the restaurant has aged and needs some makeover. Washroom and hand wash area could be better. Handling the crowd at order counter could be better.
Had a food today here,look like I was the first customer got yesterday food,my bad I should wait and go after 1pm. I spent around 800 rupess,I felt really bad about food quality. But the place and staff are fine and polite. I am not sure why I got bad food,I never had this experience in any other outlets.
