Nice place. Quick service they have introduced new summer drinks but did not like the taste. I also would want them to check if the person wants ice or no. Got a brain freeze. Love the chicken strips and fries. All time favorites. Their Mcspicy burger is also really nice.

Standard McDonald set up at this branch of Palavakkiam on ECR, on the main road itself. Spacious and with good seating capacity it serves the locals as well as travellers on this road. It's mostly busy as there are plenty of shops on both sides of road. Ambience is good and service is ok. You get regular Pizzas, Burgers, French Fries veg and Non veg items. Rates as usual is at par with US rates and so dear!Service is fast. Space available for small parties. Wheelchair friendly ramp available for needy for entry and dining. High stools are there for those who want it. Space available for Parking. Accepts cash, cards and digital means. Go and have fun!

I order burger meal in palavakkam Mcdonalds wost burger I ever had must improve taste of burger ,toppings ,and chicken Patty- wost experience.....

Nice place to hangout. Employees are friendly and having great fun amongst themselves (to some extent have open friendly fights infront of customers).. Toilet area was to big to use for one person at a time which could be divided as urinal and latrine.

Worst customer service. Ever. The McCafe team works as though there's nobody in the cafe. Had to wait 15 minutes for a little hot chocolate only to find out they hadn't even started preparing it. This has happened earlier too. I don't know how the drinks are always ignored literally?

Located on the main road. Has parking for 6-7 cars plus a lot more on the side as it is part of a big food complex. Seating inside for more than 50 people. They carry the McCafe brand here as well. Food and service is typical McDonald's quality.

It's really the worst experience. I have ordered the chick burger meal, berry lemonade splash and Fried chicken. The berry lemonade was really bad and it tasted like normal fruit water. The fried chicken was really worst and the really hard coated masala was just the worst one. McDonald's (palavakkam branch) must take a look at this.

Very clean ambience. Kids will enjoy custom order using the displays placed at self order counters. The staff is helpful. Nice place to spend time with family and friends.
