McDonald's - Fast food restaurant in Thane, Navi Mumbai - Thane, India

This McDonald's maintains the standard that we see across all outlets. The food was good. The one let down was non availability of the cafe at this center. There is limited parking near this facility for 2 wheelers. For 4 wheelers we have to park a little ahead on the road. They have an ample amount of seating space on the top and the view is really eye catching especially in the rains. The staff is courteous and always ready to help. The facility is really clean and they maintain it even in the rains. This facility has a clean washroom. The drive in service was a bit slow. Overall a good place to eat in between transit.

Ambience is good and place is hygienic. For dine in one can go upstairs after placing order and service will be provided. Good restroom facilities also available. Must try hot fudge desert. All in all great experience.

Hey buddies, The outlet is not very spacious and has less seating space. So you might have to wait there if you choose to dine in. Happy Eating!!!

This particular Mcdonalds is a drive through along with dine in options. There are limited tables so it might get crowded during evenings. It's right next to the main highway and there's a petrol pump nearby. The ordering process was quick and I got my meal on time.

Staff is hopeless. The female staff doesn't know her responsibility. My order was given to other customer. Also she didn't call our number (given on receipt) or neither shown on tv screen. The manager has to look into this on priority basis and take action....

Located adjacent to highway makes it easily accessible for people passing by. Good place to have a quick bite. Ambience is very good & place is clean & maintained well. Lot of seating available to accommodate group of people. We can order in Level 0 & will get table service, Level 1 seating also available. Staffs are supportive. We ordered veggie burger & cheesy fries. Was good in taste. Njoyed visiting here.

Got order late in morning and when we asked the female staff about it they where just ignoring and simply chit chatting with each other, so careless female staff not at all responsible about their work and just were so busy talking among themselves. Never wanted to visit such outlet where the staff doesn't care about their customers. Such an irresponsible staff. Also the sitting areas weren't cleaned that much. The area wasn't that much hygienic and the house flies where just disturbing so much, they need to improve their service the hygiene to be maintained, need to handle customers, especially the female staff they don't know what to do they just simply ignore.
