McDonald's - Fast food restaurant in Kollam - Kollam, India

During our visit to McDonald's a few months ago, my friend and I had a fantastic experience. The food was excellent in terms of taste and quality. We were impressed by the consistent standards upheld by McDonald's in providing delicious meals. The atmosphere in the restaurant was enjoyable, with a comfortable and welcoming ambiance. The staff members were friendly and efficient, ensuring that our orders were taken promptly and accurately. Overall, our visit to McDonald's was a delightful experience, and we were pleased with the excellent food, good atmosphere, and high quality of service.

Low rating as the shop doesn't justify the idea of fast food here. It took nearly 30-40 minutes to receive the order, even though the shop just had 6 customers. Extremely disappointed, I had to go for another appointment, due to this I had to postpone the meeting and so on. Everyone in the shop got the order late and all were pretty frustrated with this. Also keep in mind that my order was just a burger meal for take away, it wasn't an order for multiple people. Nevertheless the food was hot and good, no complaints there. Hope they improve their service soon

Food is good i have ordered a mc swrill at offer price. It was a good experience. You must also try it

Some varieties of chicken are not available now. Customer friendly service. Plenty of space inside

Locate at RP Mall ground floor & the store is spacious. No toilet facility inside the store. Need to go to first floor for toilet. Costly as compared to price in another Mc Donald outlets visited in my past experience. Delivery speed is almost 10-20 minutes max. Visited on 29-Oct-2023.

Ordered MC Spicy Premium Chicken meal which included french fries and choice of cool drinks. I preferred Diet Coke. Spicy Premium Chicken burger was hot and spicy with extra layer of steamed egg party and chicken patty made it more juicy and tastier. They could keep veg/nonveg burger option on the screen at once as it was rolling out/changing at every 5 secs making customer confusion in choosing the option. Ample space for dine-in & hangout after shopping. Go for dine-in rather than takeaway as you may not enjoy the real taste.

Good outlet and busy mostly. Service is really good, the dine in is informal but without ac it is a bit sapping. The choice of drink option which is a must with combo packs is sadly missing and by default coke is provided which is not very welcome at all. The staff do not get enough training to handle customer's justified needs. This is why there is no 5 star rating given.

The food was not fresh !!!!!!! Last time when I ate here the food was okay but this time I was totally devastated by the food. The patty was soo hard and cold. I ordered two chunky chipotle burger and I could r even eat half.. NOT FRESH !!!!! Bad FOOD !!! I visited the store on 20th October at 5:40 pm . I believe the staffs were lazy to prepare fresh food ..The duty manager or supervisor need to be better at his duties ..
