Great Place for a Big Mac and McCafe. The place is less crowded in mornings. The personal counters are only two and will take some time to get your order placed. Ordered the McCafe last time and the girl who took the order did an excellent job where earlier i had difficulty explaining the counter guys for getting separate milk along with my coffee. I have personally requested for separate warm milk along with Americano. They delivered it pretty quick and even served it personally at the table. The coffee was top notch. I used to have their one Riyal ice creams at Qatar. Didn't get the opportunity to taste their ice creams here. The cleaner guy around was also smart in his job moving trashes quite fast. Highly recommended place for fun time along with a Big Mac, Coffee and Ice cream. Hop in.

I went to McDonalds in Lulu mall at night 10:00 pm after a movie in PVR. I had ordered a chicken cheese burger and got it in time. But the burger was cold, especially the cheese, it was not melted and the overall taste was bad. The moment I took the first bite, I knew my money was wasted and was only hoping that I don't get food poisoning or something. Thankfully I didn't. Not going to the McDonalds in Lulu mall ever.

One Star for the irresponsible staff and sluggish behaviour. Went there at 10.15 with family and asked for 2 buckets of chicken. The billing staff asked that it would take some time and i will have to wait. I was ready to wait and said yes. He went in and came out with some other fellow and said they cannot make it as the restaurant closes at 11. This happened at 10.15. The person who has taken franchise please make sure that you appoint staff who actually takes the effort to retain customers and not shoo them away like pests. Not coming back to this outlet again.

Tried their McSwirl icecream. It was affordable and yummy. Tried at their Lulu mall Outlet Trivandrum. Cone with white cream and then outer is covered with chocolate

As per my experience on 24/7/2022 this McDonald is the worst one which I ever visited. The taste and quantity of food items are very poor. There are some costumer friendly device for placing orderes by costumer, but that is the worst one which does not showing available items and showing which is not available . Variety of food items Are limited and taking long time to get the ordered items. Only giving rating 2 based on ambiance. Never waste time on this McDonald's. You can get better taste on the same mall just look around.

Worst McDonald's. Ordered 2 mcmaharaja chicken . The order came in time. As soon as I had half of the burger I ended up vomiting. Same happened to my friend also...we got down with severe food poisoning. Even after paying 586 rs for swiggy order, we are not getting a hygienic burger. Health officials seriously need to check this place.
