Unfortunately, this visit left a bitter taste in my mouth due to an unfortunate incident involving a fly in my ice cream. Upon receiving my order, I noticed what seemed to be a small insect perched atop the vanilla swirl. It was a shocking and unpleasant sight, to say the least. Disappointed and taken aback, I immediately notified the staff, hoping for a prompt resolution. To their credit, the McDonald's employees were quick to apologize for the oversight and offered to replace my ice cream cone. However, the damage was already done, and my appetite had been significantly diminished. While their response was commendable, it does not excuse the lack of attention to detail that led to this unfortunate incident in the first place. 1. Took around 20 mins to take an order for offer through BMS. 2. Cold food served , Fries were soggy and remaining served. 3. Soft drink served in plastic glass. 4. No cooling at all. 5. Too costly compared to BK. Only positive is meal served on table.

Very well maintained outlet. The servers are well behaved and the service quick. The outlet has entrance from both the mall as well as the road towards station. In the evenings one can seat and enjoy the meal outside of the outlet, there's lots of open space available and enough dustbins to throw the rubbish.

Staff's are good, When I went only one counter was open but the boy attend well. Really happy with ambiance and seating arrangement Only one thing disappointed me is the airconditioner it was not cool enough Over all it was good 4* from my side
