Staffs are very bad mcd sahadra delhi
Very poor service. I have been trying to add my son's name in his birth certificate (which is already there in the website) and they rejected it 5 times till now giving various silly reasons, the latest being that they want child's ID with DoB. Why would I need the birth certificate if I had an ID which DoB!

Easy to reach, but once you reach its all mess, no one knows which queue to stand in and there are no officials at most of the counters. Delhi Govt needs to take some action , and people need to work seriously.

Do not maintain any proper agenda to work on and work only at times when pressure from higher authorities arises. Also they dont respond to the complaints registered via online portal as well as manually.. EDMC do not do their duty properly as during monsoon season they never provide proper moaquito repellent medicines on street as well as for households and respond if any case of big diseases spread over the locality or so.... Please hit like if you found this helpfull !!!
