Very bad experience.
Ignorance behavior of Staff. Quality of Kullhad is so Bad. You should Improve or Shut down. I don't expect such kind of quality and behavior from MBA chai wala.
The food served ain't that good, it can be found anywhere in almost half the price. Bun Maska is really bad at this place.

It's an average cafe. As i went here with a lot of expectations but all went into vain. I've ordered 2 burgers and 2 basic chai which took them around half an hour to prepare.
Overall good experience for hang out its a nice place budget friendly but the taste of the same tea (MBA Special) is always different I had visited three times the Katra branch first time masala was too strong, Second time same tea with everything just perfect masala sugar everything but third time again sweetness of a sharbat masala too less its look like the one tea which we ordered without sugar thats sugar also added in the normal two tea. About food so I had ordered cheese sandwich two times taste wise both time it was awesome but first time they served normal one layer means cheese between two breads and next time when I ordered the same sandwich they make it three layer means three bread slices in one sandwich so thats just little confusing but taste was great. Its just that I can't take a new person there or suggest someone until I tasted the tea of that day that what is the today's taste. And about civil lines branch they need lots of improvement in their service and I tried Maggi their which is really not up to the mark like you can't devour it just swallow it if their is nothing to eat and you are too hungry. At last I would say if you want to take someone their first taste the tea that what is the today's taste then take that person.

TASTE - I will rate their chai 2.5 out of 5, because out there in allahabad you find way more better chai on a roadside.
OUTLET - I would say the outlet is good you can enjoy a cup of tea or whatever you like to have with your friend.

Ate Cheese maggi and ginger tea. Cheese maggi was overpriced for quantity and was okay in taste. Chai was served lukewarm . Didn't have a good experience during recent visit.
